Every member of our friendly, professional staff is here to help you in any way you need. Our staff works hard to make sure your appointments are convenient and comfortable. We always take the time to answer your questions and help you understand your
condition or injury.
Our practice is devoted to making the entire process as easy as possible: providing help with scheduling, education, X-rays,
routine care, referrals and insurance questions.
A personal approach to your care

When you arrive, Cathy will greet you and welcome you to the office. Cathy handles all intake issues.
If you call on the phone, Mary will assist you and arrange for you to see Dr. Groff as soon as possible. Mary also coordinates follow-up appointments. Need X-rays during your visit? Joni and Tami, our Radiology Technologists, are here to provide on-site, state-of-the-art Katrina, our Surgical Coordinator, will assist you throughout the surgical process, helping with scheduling, questions, preparation for surgery and follow-up care. Dr. Groff's Physician Assistant, Brandi, sees patients alongside Dr. Groff and independently when necessary. An integral part of the practice, Brandi is qualified to perform injections, provide routine care and urgent evaluations if necessary. Of course, throughout the time you are a patient with our practice, Dr. Groff will be available to personally provide the care you need. Feel free to contact Barb if you have questions about your insurance coverage or billing. Merris, our Business Manager, can assist with any office-related questions or concerns. |

Preparing for your office visit
Talk to your primary care physician, or contact our practice, to prepare for your first visit to Groff Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine. We'll do everything we can to arrange a convenient appointment, and we accept most insurance plans. Click here for a downloadable Patient Information Form. You may complete the form at your leisure prior to your office visit, if you wish.
